A friend of mine has been renting a property through this company paying 90$ extra per month for landscape and lawn service for the last six months not one time has anyone been there for this service. When you bring it to their attention you get the run around. Anyone living in Oklahoma knows as well as I do that lawn care here is seasonal. Why should anyone pay for a full year when it's needed 5 months out of the year. This place is a rip off I highly recommend anybody to go somewhere else
