      image I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Dillon and John both were very professional and super knowledgeable. They were so helpful and got us taken care of quickly. They explained everything so well because I had tons of questions, and they were very thorough throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone needing insurance of any kind.       image After years of loyalty I have decided to change insurance company's because of over charging me. Now they have made it almost impossible to cancel my account and are charging me late fees for them not canceling my account. At least I can save 55 bucks a month with progressive....... farmers don't even open when it's time been waiting 20 minutes

      Cherry, as we've discussed unfortunately we don't have control over rates in the office as that is a corporate decision. I'm sorry that the multiple attempts to obtain your signature electronically and the sending by mail with a prepaid return envelope wasn't up to your satisfaction. I'm glad we could help assist you with backdating your cancelation and refunding all late fees accrued. I do feel that we've done everything possible to assist in your cancelation.
