I had a stopped up sewer line cleaned a few years ago and never received an invoice. I only pay from an invoice; otherwise how do I know the amount owed? Months later I get called by the owner complaining that I had not paid. She seemed unconcerned Id not gotten an invoice and more concerned I hadnt paid without one. I had the line cleaned again in November 2023. I finally received an invoice, marked PAST DUE in red, in January. The first invoice! I will not be using them again. Also, in 2009 they did a lot of work at my house including installing a new bathtub. The guy left a washer in the drain mechanism so the drain would not close. When they came out to see what the problem was, I was billed for a 5 minute service call to fix a problem their guy caused. They were not happy when I complained and the next time I called, I was told they were no longer doing residential work. Gee that sure changed. Done with them.

I cannot recommend them enough! Our heat/air units were totally flooded, its summer time, my husbands out of town and I was desperate for help. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning (with an already packed schedule), were very kind, trustworthy, so professional and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed what they needed to and told me theyd come right back out if I needed anything else. Customer service like this is especially rare these days and Im just so grateful for them.
