        Have had insurance with this agent since we got married 29 years ago and this agent and her staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly.

        0 customer service skills. Donna potter Blamed me when they did not communicate where they were supposed to. Does not have your best interest in mind. Lets her workers talk to you with an attitude. Then she let them bicker with me over email where she continued to blame me for not answering the phone. If calling is this offices only form of communication they seriously need to learn about Emailing and text! People work during the day and have full on lives. What gives you the right to blame customers for your own communication follys. All I asked for was quote info, but they just went ahead and added the new policy. And I woke up to a bill around 300 where it normally is 120ish.
