I have been waiting since Oct. 28 to be contacted by a foot specialist I was supposedly referred to by this clinic's Dr. Reed. I have heard nothing and cannot get a response even through the careatc app messaging to get the name of the doctor so I can just contact them directly. I do not recommend this clinic if you're wanting an actual response or help.

Our company just started giving us an option to use Care ATC for our health care needs. I made an appointment this week, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the process worked. Care ATC does our company health assessments each year, so they had some of my information on file already. I filled out my additional forms online, and then was given a phone interview the next day to not only confirm my appointment, but to go over the submitted forms and ask a few additional questions to follow up. My appointment was for 3:30 p.m. yesterday and was promptly led back to start the appointment. Dr. Reed took care of me and started the process of reviewing my prescription meds to see which ones they could provide me, free of charge through my company. I have a follow up appointment Monday to do some updated labs, so they can have the latest information, to ensure my prescriptions and dosages are correct for my needs. I was between primary physicians due to my doctor at Utica Park leaving, so this was a perfect opportunity to check this place & Dr. Reed out. I believe this is going to work out beneficial for me.
