If you read the reply to my review, you will see the passing of the buck. First of all, an agent should not be disclosing proprietary information about a customer's claims. Second, It was not a huge claim, it was well less than 5% of our insurance coverage, and they had little to nothing to do with that. They only started complaining about not being licensed in Oregon when Liberty slapped their wrist because they moved our policy wrong.
