The women working at the front desk was a complete snob- how dare we interrupt her game of Candy Crush Saga to check in? The room was filthy. There was literally trash on the floor- Rollos wrapper, empty cigarette pack (in a non-smoking room) and other random garbage. The heater/AC unit did not work properly so it was about 95 degrees inside the room when we checked in. The auto feature wouldn't work so it would get freezing at night. The furniture was broken. The water fixtures were rusty. There was mold, bugs, and hair in the shower. The television came in fuzzy. It was very loud: anyone who walked by the room could be distinctly heard inside the room. The continental breakfast was milk and cold cereal, with no bowls or spoons. We checked out early.
