      image This store is the absolute worst at customer service. They will even cancel your appointment if your problem has to do with something they dont want to deal with. Verizon customer service lied to me on the phone, on chat but I have screenshots I have sent to corporate office.

      image Went into the store last June with my wife. Traded in a phone on a promotion deal. Never was added to her line. So now we are paying for that phone. I paid for a device in store, they put the device on a payment plan through Verizon and kept the cash. When asked about it they seem to have already recorded over the video feed from. 8 months prior. Wouldn't recommend doing business here.
