The one thing that upsets me, they put all the food in one bag. Our family consists of 4 adults. The food wound up on the ground. HEY SONIC SHARE THE BAGS PPLLEEASSEEE

Wouldn't even rate as one star if it would allow no stars. Anyways 30 minute wait on two burgers LG cheese fry n route 44 is ridiculous all because they scanned n forgot bout my food. N during this time I was given chili cheese fries n I had to explain that wasn't mine. Then had to push the button to get find out where my food was then after the carhop comes out it's wrong again. He goes back n finally food is correct but it's been sitting for thirty minutes soggy n nasty. This is stupid do better n stop lieing on ur ticket times if u can't keep up

Can't get orders right to save their soul burned hamburger onion rings were cold overcooked and stale and chili cheese dog did not have any onions mustard or relish as requested

6 months of trying and having to go to the manager, the assistant Manger and even filing complaints to see if the issue could be resolved and seems that they can find the issue. It's not hard to run a small fast food joint and see who is causing the issues. Even speaking clearly and/or having someone speak to me at my car it seemingly can't be fixed. It's the employment of those who have no care for the business. Simple order that doesn't change month after month. Complete crew change needed at this store tbh. Your car hops do not take care of the customers orders to precise detail-required, your cooks are constantly messing up orders and your assistant managers end up bagging the wrong wrong. Ask me how I know? Clear as day when generally I have to wait 15 plus minutes to even get my order or I'm denied to place the order because half the crew is unwilling to assist the 1 main hop. Don't attempt to reason with me or say I'm wrong. Been there with sonic before and was an assistant and I can tell you for a fact you guys are just careless
