      image We bought a house from them and upon inspection it just needed a little work. Nothing major. By the time they got it to us it was in need of a lot of work. Sheet rock destroyed. Holes in a lot of the walls. Then they didn't even cover the halves and it was rained in for weeks. Black mold on every ceiling. Ceilings cracked and house not even level. The so called crew they sent out was a bunch of kids that played around most of the time. We had done sold our other house so we were homeless with 3 kids and all our pets. After doing most of the repairs and cleaning it cost of a lot of pocket. The house itself is valued $30,000 less because of the mess they left. It's livable now but I strongly suggest staying away from them. Do your research. Even an attorney told us there are to many lawsuits against them and not enough assets.
