They only rent by monthly its a room with a bed u have to provide air bedding fridge microwave even ur own door lock now 5he girls that r managing it for the owner super nice im surprised its still in business we moved there for less then a month no refund and our door had been almost torn in half and someone stole the bed just don't go there

Noteworthy details: Talked to some Mexican dude who was rather rude. Wouldn't allow me to even park my car there and hung up on me. It looked trashy. Had to drive 10 miles to find another place

Owner is a crook and he will harass you trying to get you to swing so he can evict that way
