It's been my experience that they are a very dishonest property management company. In January 2022 my landlady started trying to raise my rent that was under contract until April 2022.
Not the last time she ignored the contract. I bought a house and sent my written notice about moving out in August. It has my name, date signed, address and date of the move out. Several times Angela reached out to another tenant about when they were moving out. Couldn't even get the address correct when it was given to her in writing.
So flash forward to the day she comes and inspecta the property. Looks great she says, beat final walkthrough she ever did! Of course she ignores my inquiry about getting the deposit back, which is ik the contract of course.
Ok whatever.. just a deposit, crooked land lords refuse to refund that all the time. At least she did her job and removed me from the system so I won't be getting late bills on the property I officially no longer rent, right?? Well no of course not. I start getting late notices today for that property.
In summary incredibly incompetent. Avoid using these people.

Marsha Rogers Realty is the best realty / property management. They have been taking care of my rentals for some time and they always try to their very best. Definitely recommend. -Emmett
