I took multiple pairs of jeans to get starched and shirts to get pressed. They did a great job other than they broke a jean button. After I realized that it was broke and brought it back to try and get it fixed. They agreed to replace the button, but replacing the button caused a hole that they didn't care to tell me until I went to pick them up. I  didn't want them with a hole in them so I said that something needed to be done, they then again agreed to fix them. Mind you these were brand new $80 jeans that have never been worn, and now they have a sketchy looking patch job around the button. I asked nicely for a refund for the starching and for new jeans and they refused on both. . I highly recommend not using this business, especially if your clothes are new and want quality customer service.
