He said I could possibly need a root canal because of the crack I went in for, but after getting it open, he said he could get just a filling.

I went to Dr. Moore for tooth pain. They took an X-ray and tapped my tooth as their test. He told me that I needed a root canal because my tooth was cracked, but cracked a way that you could not see on the X-ray. He also said that the tooth was hitting another tooth and that was causing pain. He shaved my tooth down and scheduled a root canal. I had no reason to not believe him as he is the professional. When the root canal was scheduled, it was then that I saw a paper on the side of the receptionists area that said they were not in network with my insurance. They asked specifically if I Delta Dental when I made the appointment, so I thought they were in network. (I shouldve checked before).
I called a different dentist the next day to schedule an appointment for an exam. They were able to get me in and the dentist did a cold test, and he said my tooth was absolutely fine. He showed me my X-rays they took and explained I had a sinus infection that was causing my pain. I just needed some medication and did not need a root canal. He had to fix my tooth that was shaved down.
I absolutely do not recommend this Dr. Moores office. There is no reason to have someone go through a procedure that is completely unnecessary.

He is a wonderful dentist and all the staffs are friendly and professional. They have a fancy machine that makes the fillings much easier and more comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is the best dentist in the state of Oklahoma. His caring and knowledgeable staff make each visit painless and wonderful. It’s so good I’m willing to drive 3 hours one way for each visit.
