I have used R&J for years for a few different projects, including flooring and a woodstove and rock pad install. Lindsey and her team of subcontractors are fantastic. They always take extra steps to ensure we are happy with the finished product, and always are on time. We couldn't be happier with them - always very professional, always communicative, and very prompt when answering any questions. Highly recommend! I had read about Lindsey and R&J services in the daily paper. She was prompt to respond to my inquiry and kept all of her appointments in a timely manner. After helping us with a design for a 3 room kitchen/dining remodel, she set a realistic time line which was adhered to throughout. The sub contractors were similarly professional and courteous. The quality of the workmanship was first rate. Any and all problems and questions were immediately resolved. It was a joy to work with Lindsey/ R & J. We have worked with Lindsey several times, she is amazing to work with. We love supporting woment in the construction world and are more than comfortable and confident in Lindsey's training and abilities. She is extremely knowledgeable and selects her subcontractors well. Throughout the job, she stays in contact with you and is always available. I have no hesitation in recommending her! Working with Lyndsey of R&J Services was and EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE and here's why. I have worked in the construction industry in my younger years, so, I have some knowledge in that arena. In November 2020 when my sister asked me to assist in getting some repairs (caused by a leak from the unit above) at her condo in Flagstaff I was more than eager to help. I spent several days researching contractors through ROC and looking at reviews on line. I then set up a dozen estimates over 2 days, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, etc. Went to Flagstaff to meet with the contractors but only 4 of the 12 showed up and out of the 4 only one was on time "R&J SERVICES". It is important to know the estimates from the other 3 contractors who showed up hours late and apparently engage in price gouging Other tha R&J Services this was the best quote I received. The insurance claim was for $5200, Contractor estimates.....Eight sheets of drywall and texture $2850, Paint $2900, Replace a Hydronic water heater $2700 and flooring $2200 totaling $10,650. And none could start before January, you know holidays and all. Lyndsey, again, who showed up on time! Said she works with insurance company's all the time and could get the job done for the claim amount or get the claim adjusted to complete the job. SHE DID JUST THAT! Only out of pocket cost was the deductible. Lyndsey went above and beyond every step of the way. We are now in December with temperatures below freezing, The Hydronic water heater is also part of the heating unit for the condo. Concerned about pipes freezing with no heater Lyndsey pulled some strings, forget Covid19 and Christmas, she got the drywall and hydronic water heater installed before Christmas. WOW.... THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Did I mention I have a terminal lung disease so breathing in high altitude is absolutely awful. Lyndsey to the rescue once again. She new my situation so instead of having me come up from Phoenix to the high altitudes to pick out colors...she chooses to pick out flooring and paint colors, puts together different combinations and sends pics for me to choose from. Who does that? When the job is completed the place looks GREAT!!!!! And all within the the insurance company estimate!!!! I'm still not sure if this woman is an Angel or Wonder Woman? Most likely both. But I do know this. Use R&J Services for any of your repair needs and you will be beyond happy with not only the exceptional service but also the price. R&J Services was awesome to work with!!! Great communication, daily updates and inspections. Lindsey took the time to speak with the subs and us to make sure everyone was on the same page and there was no surprises. The relationship and respect between Lindsey and the subs was impressive. Would highly recommend Lindsey and her team!!
