OMG, let me tell you about my car insurance AGENCY is a nightmare! It's been a total disaster dealing with them. Their claims process is like watching paint dry, and their customer service? Don't even get me started! They're so unhelpful and unsympathetic, it's like they don't even care about their customers.

I have been with Larry Strauss State Farm for many years. They have always been very helpful. In june of this year a severe storm came through Stilwell and a Sycamore tree fell on my house, doing a lot of damage. They got the adjuster their. and helped with any questions. and my house is put together again. When you leave them a message they will get back with you.
