    They don’t seem to care. Dr. was not in, spoke on the phone and he dismissed my complaint. Went ahead and gave medication but it did not take care of the problem. When I called back they were not interested in doing anything else and told me to go see my primary care physician. This place is a waste of time, Ill drive to Norman before I go here again.

    I’m not sure who the doctor was my 2 year old daughter saw but he was a black male in his 40’s/50’s had an accent. I took my daughter in because I thought she might of had RSV and he told me she just had a cough and it was that time of the year. This was yesterday Friday the 14th about 10:30am well my child’s father took her to Ada Indian hospital tonight Saturday and she tested positive for RSV. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

    There fast and efficent. If it is bleeding or broken go to the hospital. This is for urgent care not emergencies but there service is faster than the local emergency room.

    My wife is a disabled Veteran, so she is able to use this clinic, and the VA will cover costs. My wife went in with a severe urinary tract infection, and was in a lot of pain. The tech/receptionist at ArbuckleMED Urgent Care could not do what was necessary on her computer to connect with the VA. We had to call the VA and they had to call her to walk her through how to use my wife's eligibility. They took a urinalysis and the doctor (whom we never saw) gave her a prescription for antibiotics. After a few days, my wife called ArbuckleMED Urgent Care to find out why the antibiotics were not working, and the tech/receptionist told her she would just have to get in touch with her Primary Care Physician, and refused to help her further. My wife wasn't even able to get the results of the lab test they had done on her. They wouldn't give it to her. We went to another Urgent Care clinic in nearby town, and the doctor there said that the reason the antibiotics that were prescribed for my wife at the ArbuckleMED Urgent Care weren't working is because they were for a yeast infection, not a urinary tract infection. The doctor at the second clinic could do nothing but shake her head. From receptionist to lab tests to the doctor at ArbuckleMEDUrgent Care , I have never before seen such levels of incompetence and blatant uncaring.

    I was seen 20 months ago for a sinus infection. The billing office never filed with my insurance properly and never followed up. They just kept sending me a bill for $95. I've left voicemails with the billing manager, Becky, about 10 different times over the course of these 20 months, and I have yet to hear from her. I was able to get the billing office to refile claim, only after BCBS contacted them and told them to. The employees are instructed to collect patient balances, and that is great, but there are obviously no notes put into anyone's account to reflect what has been done on a claim or notes on what any of the doctors/staff have talked to a patient about. It is not really an ideal situation, because, when you are sick, you are not at your best. Charging co-pays before demanding more money from patients only adds fuel to that frustration. A little more communication, effort, and compassion for patients is needed here.
