DO NOT GO HERE if you like getting your medication refilled on time!! Getting a prescription refill on a regular medication every month should not cause so much stress or be so much work. My husband sees Dr. Brenda ... and EVERY SINGLE MONTH when his medication refill is due we have to call the pharmacy numerous times so that they can fax refill requests to dr brenda numerous times. We begin having the pharmacy request refills before the due date of the refill...... and usually don't get it refilled until at least a week after. So, he usually has to go up to a week without his anxiety medication.... which he has been told by dr brenda how IMPORTANT it is to take his medication every. day. as. prescribed. So, this means that ..... every single month he has to go thru withdrawals and horrible side effects from being without his medication because the ARBUCKLE CLINIC does NOT do their job!!

It's a good place. Mrs. Freeman was good. I liked Heather. Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of the short dark haired dike looking woman. She was pretty rude.

I do like Brenda the ARNP. However, the customer service is really lacking. I was told I'd have lab results mailed to me within two weeks it has almost been three months. Still no results . I've called over 10/15 times with no return call. I am upset with the lack of follow up. Even if it is lab results if a patient is told they will get a call or at the very least a letter with results within two weeks then that should be done. I can't even get a hold of my NP. I don't even know if she's getting my messages. With all this being said I do like brenda and would continue to see her !! The lack of communication is ridiculous. Thanks. Hope this helps with things that may need to be addressed
