Economy Auto Rental

Friendly people. The $500 deductible required on full compensation is ridiculous when all other rental companies are at $1000. The vehicles are older and our had lots of problems. Dont rent the muddied whit Ford Taurus because you cant listen to the radio or view whats available the indash screen is broke. We were in a severe winter storm and the defrost didnt work, Their service was friendly enough. The economy in the name is deceitful. Their fees are inline with all the others or more. Their is nothing economical about their service its just in the name.

Needed a car immediately due to a car accident and Nathan was able to set me up right away. My insurance company back home wasn't the easiest to deal with but Nathan was incredibly patient and helped me get what I needed quickly and easily. Thank you!

Great rental service except for quick return of deposits or refunds. Kind of slow responding in that department.

Needed a car for week and was having problems finding one without a credit card. And they helped me right away. They didn't have one available. However he did call back in less than 5 minutes to let me know they had found me one to use. Worked out great. Thanks guys
