Every time we went we have problems! Last time we had a reservation and they took well over an hour to get us a car. They were "short staffed". We got the runaround for over an hour, maybe closer to 2 hrs. It was insane.
This time the chick at the counter told me she couldn't accept my credit card because it had a PayPal logo on it. Are you freaking kidding me!? It is a cash rewards Mastercard! I told her it was a real credit card not prepaid...no where on it d rewards id it say prepaid or anything. Told her it had a 10k limit. Told her to Call and check....she just wouldn't take it. Insanity! This place sucks!

Have went to the this place with mixed reviews. Many times I have rented and had no complaints. Then the last few times I have attempted to rent, even if reservations were made the same week, they don't have vehicles available. I understand it's a small town but 2 days notice should be enough time to get a vehicle here from another Enterprise center.
