      image Horrible. Insurance company booked me a rental. The Nissan ivey rented me was filthy, I said it was ok and before I returned it it was detailed. We paid a $50 deposit and never got it back to waking up yesterday to an additional $61.95 and so now been charged $112 and absolutely no response or answer from hertz. Crooks. I'll dispute it with my bank. Thanks for being crooked hertz

      image Have a reservation for today at 11am and it's now almost 3pm and still waiting for my rental.
      Hertz used to be the best rental car company, now it's not what it used to be.
