If you want rude service then this is the place. The receptionist lady literally just act like I wasnt even there. She didnt even acknowledge after getting off the phone and even started helping another patient. She didnt even speak to me .. I just left rude service and that just told me they might not do right by me as a patient

Absolutely wonderful! It was my first time there and they were so helpful, patient with my insurance card, welcoming and made sure everything I needed and asked for was taking care of! Glad I found a perfect dentist to go to!

I've waited over a year to calm down enough to post.. do not go here. Ever. You will be railroaded into advanced and overpriced services such as antibiotic gel for ~$250 after a standard clean. Furthermore, the dentist I saw for a filling, which I've had my share before, was SO BAD that the nurse apologized more than three times on my way to the front desk. When I complained, the reply was, "cleanings can sometimes hurt...", and that's true. My own fault for less than ideal oral hygiene. However....
Dentists who give you gum shots without warning, hurt. Having a dentist not respect the lack of numbness and tell me I will hurt tomorrow if I don't listen to him... then viciously disrespect the staff about not giving enough numbing agent. These crackpot practitioners, with the nurses backing my statements and sequenceof events, then tried to intimidate me with fabrication of addional, Non agreed charges for which they sent me to collections. Ironic that the debt can't be validated because I have my receipt, and contract of service.
I'm begging you, as someone who is trying to help... go literally anywhere else for your families needs. Guaranteed if they treat me this way, kids who can't know any better will have it worse. Avoid. Aspen. Dental.
Validate ME, check my reviews and see that I never go out of my way unless it is egregious. This place is a nightmare, and my disdain has persisted for well over a year.

Friendly thorough staff that helped me address some dental issues without a lot of fuss. I really liked the people there.
