Samuels Jewelers

I have been a customer of Samuels Jewelers for the past 30 years. I went in to have my ring fixed as I lost a diamond. The lady at the counter was the RUDEST person I’ve ever encountered. I will absolutely not go there again. She wanted me to sign the repair slip before anything was filled out ABSOLUTELY NOT when I politely said it’s not filled out her response was “well you acted like you had to leave and we’re in a hurry” hmm I guess because I was looking at the rings indicated that I wanted to leave actually the opposite I was going to buy a band but hell no after that response. My ring was suppose to be back the 29th when I called to see if it was back on the 29th the lady said it had gotten there the day before because it was shipped to the wrong repair place and that they don’t ship out except for Monday’s and Friday’s... So what your gonna hold my ring for a week before you ship it to the right place? No you make a special shipping and send it out and how about a call telling the customer what happened. They have had my ring for 13 days when I called to check today when it was coming back the response was I have no idea I can’t tell. Needless to say once I get my ring back it’s Adios Samuels I will take my business elsewhere until they can hire better people with better attitudes. My Husband has tried to call the District Manager several times he received a text that he was out of the country and would call when he returned.. CRICKETS ..... I just want my wedding ring fixed and returned to me. Store Customer service falls in line with the lack of response from Store Manager & District Manager.
