Corey is the absolute best! From the minute I contact him to the time I roll out with service, he makes sure it goes as smoothly as it can. And - he always makes sure my car is clean when I pick it up!

My recent visit to Range Rover service was an exceptional experience, and that is largely thanks to Corey. From the moment I arrived, Corey made me feel welcome and important. He listened attentively to my concerns about my vehicle and took the time to explain the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, Corey kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. In addition to his technical expertise, Corey's customer service skills were outstanding. He was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Range Rover service was a positive one. He even took the time to follow up with me after the repairs were completed to make sure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service I received. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Range Rover service, and that is largely due to the exceptional customer service provided by Corey. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of vehicle repairs or maintenance, and I will certainly be returning to Range Rover service in the future. Thank you, Corey, for making my experience so positive and enjoyable!

I had my 2017 Range Rover in for a basic service on Valentines Day of this year. I live approximately 100 miles from this dealership. My Range Rover has only 44,000 miles. When I scheduled my 40,000 miles service, I mentioned to the service associate that I suspected that my car was leaking coolant and wanted them to address the issue while my car was at the dealership. They did mention a few remedies to my car including a water pump issue, however they did not have the time to address the issue regarding the leaking coolant and my service associate, John Arbuckle, told myself and my husband that we would be fine to come back in 6 months or so to have the issue addressed. He advised us to not travel across the country and we should be just fine. Oh and they also mentioned that there was a recall that would make my car tell me things such as my coolant was low, my tires pressure was low, etc. that they did not have time to address and just to ignore. Fast forward to yesterday, 2/22/2023. I was on my way to an appointment as I am a busy real estate agent in my community. I was operating the car at around 55 mph and the car alerted me that it was overheating. I was about a mile away from my appointment, slowed the car down and made it to my destination. When I turned the car off, it was smoking so bad. I called my husband immediately and he brought coolant to my location where it again leaked. However, my car was no longer alerting me that there was an issue. I proceeded to pick my 2 young children up from school and when I got home the car was again smoking in my garage and driving poorly. My kids were terrified. I called the dealership and spoke with John. Long story short, he did not take any ownership and managed to tell me that I had declined recommended service on my car which my husband and I did not. They did not offer any help or assistance and recommended that I tow my car to an import place in Arkansas where we live as it would be cheaper. He mentioned that this could have destroyed my entire engine and could be $25,000 to replace. The tow to NWA is $500.00 alone and no telling what the cost will be to fix my car. In no way, shape or form will I ever recommend this dealership for a basic service or purchase. I am so disappointed and disheartened that I now have an inoperable $65,000+ car sitting in my garage with no accountability of this dealership. Go somewhere else!
