Scissortails amazing user-facing software made refinance so streamlined. They used it to keep me updated in real time on where my loan was in the process. It was comforting that I didnt always have to check-in with a person to find out what was going on with the loan. It was all right there in front of me, easy to access, and super simple to navigate!
