Ankrum Institute

After being a massage therapist for about 10 years and have taken numerous advanced courses, studying with Leigh at Ankrum Institute has been exactly what I've been looking for. I love the breakdown of anatomy, and have learned even more about the body. She is very thorough in her teachings and have a great team of assistants working with her as well. If you are thinking about being a massage therapist, or if you are looking for the best way to advance as a massage therapist, definitely attend Ankrum Institute. I drive a little over four hours to be in class, and it's worth the drive.

Ms Ankrum is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met . Her understanding of the body functions is incredible. She has helped my son get better after 9 months of PT because of a wreck he was in . Also my daughter has a cleft palate and has been in speech therapy over a year and her speech was INSTANTLY better after 1 visit! I have seen her for chronic pain and my results have been astonishing! She is very professional and I would recommend everyone see her at least once in their lifetime !

I went there for a clinic day, the day when the students at the Institute get to practice on real people. I went expecting nothing, and came away taller and with less pain. Not a joke, folks. I literally left a quarter of an inch taller. If you have pain, if something in your body hurts or doesn't feel, right find a student or graduate of this place. It's called advanced body work, what they do, and it is amazing stuff.
