The roof inspector did a thorough job inspecting my house and detached garage roof. He was knowledgeable and gave me an informative assessment. He was very patient and willing to answer the many questions I had. No pressure was given. That is why I chose Billings out of the 2 other roofing companies that inspected by roof. After accepting their bid, which was surprisingly affordable for me, they sent a different sales rep who helped me with setting up a time and date to get my garage roof replaced and some minor house roof repairs completed. On the day of the job, shortly after the crew arrived, the sales rep arrived and answered a few additional questions I had before the crew began. After the job was done, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. I did have a few minor concerns about the house roof repairs, contacted the sales rep, and he went the extra mile to address those minor concerns. Billings was very communicative (I was always able to contact them). They provide good customer service and made sure any concerns are addressed. I'm happy with the new garage roof.
