Couldnt ask for better customer service! I purchased a leaf vac from one of their FaceBook ads and they even met me on their day off, when their store is closed. My machine was used but the still offer a 30 day warranty. Marco and James will take care of you and I will definitely be going back!!

Over the last few years I have bought small items and large items and always feel like I'm getting a good deal. Most recently, I purchased a TORO Super Recycler lawn mower that was in near perfect condition. It's a current model sold in Home Depot for $600 and I got it for $350 - a super deal. Here's the funny part, when I got home I noticed the blade was missing. Neither of us thought to check at the store. Marco made it easy for me though. I could come back and he would take care of it or I could pick a blade up closer to home and he would reimburse me for it. I am completely satisfied with this solution. My interactions with Marco have always left me with the sense that he is a man of integrity and runs his business the same way. I can't stress enough how great the customer service is with J&K Tools. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and give them a call.
