First, after the 3rd visit for the same issue, A/C blowing hot air, after paying $3300 for what was told to us as the leak problem, the service manager should have talked to us directly, not multiple conversations through the service rep. Obviously, that was not the problem. Where is the accountability on the service department for when they get it wrong? Where is the service to the consumer to make dam sure the problem is the problem when paying such a cost? Shame on us for not asking more questions or asking for proof. Now, after another $1200 and replacing the coil, we think they got it right as after a week, the A/C is still cold. Trust is lost in this service department. I have a 2015 RAV4, and always had service done according to their recommendations. Also, we live over 1 1/2 hours from the dealership.
