Very poor service. Even the customer service number doesn't know about availability or rentals. Go somewhere else. This place is confused.

The cheapest option. The truck was not cleaned out, reeked of cig smoke. They dont even clean the windshield for you. I do not like how they charge you an extra daily rate on top the tolls you go through. I had to put air in the tires immediately. Trucks are speed limited to 75. The gouge you specifically for commercial truck insurance coverage as an additional extra. I will go with the other options next time.

Horrible company, 3 hours into our trip from Oklahoma to Florida the check engine light came on and then started flashing, Couldnt go faster than 70 mph, and there was a leak that got my boxes and mattress wet. Their claim department is absolutely terrible and they make it impossible to make a claim. I got hung up on and no one could find my account for me to even make a claim. Spend a few extra dollars and get a Uhaul.

This location is great, with friendly staff. My partner and I had to travel from Texas to pick up our van, since all locations in TX were sold out. I was very relieved when the staff gave us no hard time and was very happy to help. Annie, in particular, was very kind and efficient when my partner and I were picking up our cargo van. After days of chaos with other rental companies, this Budget Truck Rental location was truly a breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief.
