I have been ordering my parts from TEW for last 15 years or so for my part time repair business in Illinois, they have some of the best prices in the USA and always have the parts I have trouble looking elsewhere for. Tyler, Brandon and James have always gone way out of the way to make sure I am updated whats going on with each order and a timeline of what to expect they have even ran out of certain part and upgraded me before for OEM part no extra charge. Each order has always been correct and packaged very well I cant say enough about TEW but try them out and see how great they are.

Hostile work environment. The office manager Tyler uses vulgar language, throws tantrums like a child where he yells and kicks things in the office. He is also a fan of calling anyone who upsets him a N***er or a J*w. I was the only one handling chats, and data entry, but if anything got messed up it was immediately my fault, despite the office manager, Tyler, frequently getting up from his desk to go hang out with his friends in the shipping area. If I even took 5 minutes to myself he would be on me in a hostile tone "IS EVERYTHING ELSE DONE?!" Well, no, its not, because I couldn't get any freaking help. Not a place I would ever want to return to work for, or a company I would ever support. They have been reported to the Florida labor board I would also like to note - Carl is the owner, so giving his own company 5 stars and having other employees like Eric do that seems like bad practice in my eyes.
