I really don't understand such low reviews for this company. I leased from them for 2 years without any problems. I received all of my security deposit back upon vacating. My condo was very nice. Pay your rent on time and keep your place clean and don't break your lease. Easy right.

Awful, I would give negative stars if possible. I leased a property for three years, staying that long only because my sons schooling. They don't care about you. Its all about money, money, money and what they can charge you for next and I did pay my rent on time. I would never recommend leasing from oneprop.

Terrible, uncaring and money hungry company! Do not rent from these people! It was the worst year of my life living in one of their homes.

Do not lease from oneprop. You are a number that they will exploit for every dollar they can. Forget treating you like a person, you are dollar signs. I leased a property for three years and can tell you from experience, I paid on time every month (over 1200.00 per month) The only time they didnt charge me for maintenance was when okc septic water backed up in my tub for three days. Horrible customer service, I felt harassed every time and not helped. I was apposed to reporting issues because I knew from experience that they would trump up the maintenance bill and charge me even though it wasnt my fault the issue occurred.I will give them credit for every time I put in a maintnce request, they called me in person to warn me that I could/would be charged. Also, soon as you give your notice to terminate lease, even if you have 45 days, even if your paid up for 6 more werks, expect a lock box on your door so they can enter at any time to show your home. Oh and they require that you kennel your pets while at work so the can show the yard also. My pets will not be kenneled 9 hours per day just because they want to lease my house before my lease is even up, this is time I have already paid for.
