        The lady that works there is so rude, she has been there forever and I am pretty sure she needs to retire. She makes going out there miserable. Would love an online payment system.

        First they slow down the main feed to the tower and then no water at all. Never got any notice and can't ever get anyone to answer the phone there and when they finally answer the lady is so rude and tells us not our problem and hangs up. This is not acceptable! The worst water department ever!
