Made it to the pharmacy in Walgreens. In Woodward, Oklahoma 4 times and every time there was a mistake when I talked to the manager. Had to explain it myself more than once for her to understand and.
Finally, they realized what happened about it. The medicines that they didn't refill properly With the amount of refills I Suppose to have.
When the correct amount, I asked her if I could get the correct amount instead of having to pay more money when it was on their Mistakes She said my insurance wouldn't let it go through twice.. She said that the computer was knit Picking what it wanted to do at that time. That I received my medicine previously, poor management through The pharmacy Now it's gonna cost me more out-of-pocket due to their mistake. And that she told me that she would put a preference in on the computer saying about the 3 months supply of refill at a time that was already sent in from where I receive it, my physician. I would recommend not anyone to use the pharmacy there for the poor quality and customer service, but the rest of the store at the photographs. department and in the grocery store and everything else is very good. And I would recommend. just not the pharmacy.
