Had heard about the homes Joy builds and decided to go look for myself. Will possibly be selling my home next spring so looking at some options. One of the owners took me to see all the models and answerd any questions I had. I saw some homes in progress and was impressed at their materials and craftsmanship. Beautiful and well designed. Big rooms and loved the color schemes. Mostly how they are willing to change things up to meet your wants. Ex. I can furnish my own appliances..fixtures..hardware
Etc for a min cost to have them installed while home is being constructed. This may be a home they can transfer to your lot but trust me..this is NOT a mobile home
by any stretch. This co will also build your garage if you need one..or a deck if you decide you want one after its on your property. Or maybe build it at their facility and
then install after home is ready and moved. Need to ask about that.
These homes are legit..If I can find a nice lot close to okc..I will definitely be buying one of their homes.
