I hired Linda after a different divorce attorney strung me along for nearly 5 years. She had my case for a month and had it finalized on the very first court appearance. In the event I need another attorney I will go no where else ! Everything was so easy and very clear. Thank you so much again !! (Wine was FANTASTIC!)

They gave me some good information that I needed to hear. I thought his quote for services were reasonable. I just pray they dont over promise and under deliver. I will be hiring this firm to represent me and my childs best interests.

Called ahead to get the cost of having a very simple will prepared, along with a living will for myself and my husband. I was quoted a high price over the phone and turned down that offer as the living will is a simple document that we have done before and can download for free. Then I was told the charge for the living will would be much less so went ahead and made an appointment. There we were charged a much higher price than quoted over the phone. Had to pay for a retype / mistake they made - my daughter's name was misspelled even though we provided easy-to-read, printed copy of all information, but we had to pay for their time.  At the end of the final appointment, we were told we would not be getting any of our $900 retainer back, which was not really a surprise. What was a surprise was the email we received a short time later, stating that we would be getting $190 back after all!That money never arrived. I visited the office and inquired about our refund, and was asked, "do you have a copy of that email?" Unfortunately it was deleted, but if I did, I would send this story and that email to the Oklahoma Bar Association. Today. To make all of this so much worse, my office is in the same building, on the same floor, a few doors down from Pizzini Law Firm office. In the past, I was asked to come to their office in the middle of my workday to witness the signing of some legal documents for them and their clients, at no charge and with no payment, and I did that for them - Twice! I would never recommend Pizzini Law Firm to anyone for any reason.
