Always a job well done here, my clothes are done usually next day. I drop off every 2 weeks about 25 to 35 pairs of clothing, this is Including my wife's clothes as well. Dress, flannels, suits, pants, etc.. They are fairly priced, only down side is they're not open on Saturdays which is an issue sometimes for me when I work long hours. Very disappointed. I specifically asked upon dropping off 2 pairs of slacks that there be no crease in the legs of either. Very specific instructions. Well, when I picked them up, guess what... Creases in both pairs. When I stated I didn't want creases in my pants, the woman at the counter told me I need to make sure I mention that when I drop off items. I told her I did. In fact, she is the person I told when I dropped off the slacks. She said they could take them back and re-do them and I told her I needed them the next day. She said she would 'put a note on them'. Needless to say, I did not leave them there. I would rather have the pants with a crease instead of nothing at all. I did not trust my pants would be ready the next day. I will not be returning to this dry cleaner.
