I haven't used this company for my dry cleaning/laundry in years, but decided to give them a try again this week - it was clearly a huge mistake.

My one-of-a-kind Robert Graham shirt (that cost me $400+) came back to me like this... When I talked to the owner, instead of making any effort whatsoever to make this right, instead simply insisted I brought the shirt to him like this, and refused to do anything!

Not only will I NEVER use this company again, I strong encourage all of you to go somewhere else. The owner was rude, and simply DID NOT CARE. This is so very disappointing...

These guys are fantastic! Did I mention reliable, quality work, and oh yeah they don't try and bait and switch you on price like most other cleaners. Refreshing. Customer for life. Thanks yall!

Took two new work dress pants that I bought for over $60 each to have launderedthey came back completely shrunk, Peggy Suggested I may have swapped them out for a different pair because I didnt keep the receipt although they had the other receipt, tried to stop the other pair from going throughbut too late. Tried them on for them at their request to see the damage at the store. Owner Eric refused to speak to me according to Peggy they said he would try to stretch them back because they had rayon in them, he would re-steam themit did not workbut they will not take responsibility for ruining them. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes to Towne Plaza Cleaners Instead, that owner Brandon said Eric should of paid me for the damage that they caused. The pants are ruined will donate, but Im out $120 plus the $12 for the laundering the other gal that works at Genes said Eric makes the girls handle all the complaints and she doesnt like to do that she said.
