        We bundled our house and vehicles. When we sold our house, two roofers reviewed the roof and stated it needed replaced. The state farm assessor said it didn't even need repaired. JOHN Mercer is out to lunch every day between 11a to 2p per his office ans was no help at all. He didn't advocate for us on any way.. In the end, they refused two claims against the roof even though other roofs in our neighborhood were being simultaneously reroofed as the time of our claim for the same hail storm We will NOT stay with this agent. We will NOT keep our vehicles with the company and we will never use them for insurance again. Our real estate agent and roofer who both work with insurance companies regularly have never seen anyone treated as poorly as we have been.
