        Wonderful, peaceful, and lush green setting inviting overnight guests as well as long term residents over 55. This is a must see for visitors interested in exploring the Applegate. A variety of local vineyards boasting some of the best wines in America are within a short drive from here. Lake and river fishing bring in enthusiasts from across the country. This is best to see for yourself, but beware, you may not want to leave once here.

        If I ever decide to settle.....this would be a great place. Quiet, cozy, great neighborhood. Clubhouse. RV parking. The creek out back. The river just 1/2 mile away. You can walk to the localottle market as well as an easy walk to restaurants.
