Be very careful when dealing with Lakewood Homeowners Inc. they have had several formal complaints sent to the Public Utilities Commission of Oregon for their shady accounting practices. I encourage you to be mindful of every notice and bill you receive as they have been charging fees inappropriately. The board of directors is a self elected group that has very little knowledge about how to run a water treatment organization. I have received two letters from the EPA recently in reference to water quality issues from this organization.
