Quality Inn Sunridge Inn & Conference Center

Good is amazing. New chef has taken over who knows what he is cooking and has extensive culinary knowledge. Service is also amazing which includes bar service as well from Dhruv!! Overall a good experience.

Was surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. However- the bathroom needed a lot of cleaning. There was old toiletries in the shower along with hair all over the walls and debris in the basin. It looks like the floors weren’t cleaned either.

Most of the staff was nice enough and seemed aware of the hotel’s shortcomings, but this place needs a lot of work. The bar lock has been removed on the door, the knob on the bathroom heater was broken. The signage to direct you to your room is completely incomprehensible. Shower water takes like 15-20 minutes to get lukewarm, if at all. Blanket that was on the bed when I got there was stained. Tv apps didn’t work and the volume is on as loud as it goes every time you turn it on for some reason. Worst of all the stairs to the upstairs building I was staying in, the stairs were collapsing and apparently the area next to them is also used to store garbage. Dangerous and gross. Staff did their best to help but I could kinda tell that they were doing the best they could with what they have, which is a hotel that’s falling apart and management probably doesn’t want to pay to fix anything.

Great hotel to stay at, loved the breakfast and spacious room. 10/10 would stay here again when I go through baker city.
