Quail Hollow Apartments

I was driving through Banks on my way home from Portland and fell in love with the town. When i returned home in Tillamook i decided to give Quail Hollow apartments a call as i am looking for a place to relocate. I spoke with Kim, the manager and she was wonderful. I just was not able to make ends meet with the price of the apartment as i am on Social security. I ecently retired. If i ever get a chance to make enough, i will definately try to apply again. I have lived in Tillamook most of my life and am looking for a nice change. Thank you Kim for taking the time to talk to me and for being so positive, not much of those qualities in people any more.

Managers are very young and inexperienced which means....you will pay for it. They are clueless. You will never see them and everything will be good.....until you move out. Really poorly managed.

No onsite manager and the place is neglected. Trash everywhere. Run down. Management turns off hot water to laundry room to save money. Older appliances and many vacant apts. Leasing company jacks rent after lease period is up. They price them as if they were in or near Hillsboro, which they are not.

I love that I feel safe living here. Being a single mom that is my highest priority! The apartment feels roomy and meets all needs. I just wish I could make ends meet better with my one income. Wish rent was more reasonable.

Been here a year and have not had any issues that weren't fixed.
