I can’t say enough how happy we are with our new metal roof installed by HB Gutter & Roofing. Blaine and his crew not only were professional, on time but did such an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Well he did finally return and did the job they look great. Speed forward 1 yr plus and we need to repair the gutters as a bird or landscaper badly bent up one spot on the gutters. Called an called him 8-10 times with no response. He initially answered the phone for my gf 1x but never called back. So basically he’s either cherry picking who he does work for or he’s out of business. So use someone else.

Gave me an estimate in late June,after several phone calls and e-mails they went AWOL !!!.,never contacted me so I am looking again for a good gutter installer who will at least return my calls and wants the job !

HB showed up on time and did a quick install and clean up of my new gutters. Later, I discovered one of the gutters was cut wrong and plugged. After multiple emails and cell calls, I gave up on HB and ask my son-in-law to fix it.

Very disappointed with HB Gutter. I called to get the estimate, which was very prompt and professional. The sales rep scheduled me one month out. At 3pm on the day the gutter repair was to be completed I hadn't seen them or heard from them so I called. They had forgotten about the appointment but did say they would come that day. When they showed up they told me they didnt have the right ladders for the job and would come back the next day. It has now been 3 WEEKS and they have not called or showed back up to do the job. I have called well over 20 times and while they picked up the call the first couple of times only to tell me they were "busy and had to call back", now they are screening my calls and will not even pick up the phone. VERY VERY VERY unprofessional. Try other companies before you have to use them.
