Went here for 3 regular cleanings. First two experiences were fine, but the third is where they lost me. The first sign should have been the fact that each time I visited, the only person I recognized was the actual dentist. The hygienist and desk staff were all new each visit. After my third visit, they called me the following day because they forgot to charge me for fluoride. I let the lady over the phone know that I was willing to pay, but then I voiced my frustrations because the fluoride was offered to me without any indication that I would have to pay out of pocket. Maybe this is something everyone knows, but in either case I explained that they should have been better about clarifying that instead of casually offering and then charging me. I finished explaining my frustrations and had my wallet out ready to pay, but the lady hung up on me. Then I end up on the phone with the manager who was rude and had no sense of customer service, who then grabbed the hygienist who blatantly lied saying that she fully explained the out of pocket cost. All of this for a $50 charge! I had no problem paying even with the miscommunication, but being hung up on, spoken to rudely, and then lied to is where I draw the line. They lost me and my wife as a customer because of this. The dentist is a nice guy, but if you plan to go here just make sure you ask the due diligence questions or you may end up in a situation like mine where you feel disrespected and lied to.
