        It's the most exciting and interesting experience I have ever had. I was served with great customer service starting with Troy and then with Brian and the manager. They are very welcoming, friendly, nice and helpful! I'm so happy that I got approved. I love you all and God bless you. I would recommend Hyundai on Farmington Rd Oregon to my family and friends because it is the BEST of the BEST!!!! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

        The sales rep- Manuel was very helpful by going above and beyond with videos and text about my questions and the detail aspects of the Santa Fe 2024 Calligraphy (sent pics and video); The professionalism, attitude, and transparency he displayed was essential in my decision to purchase the car and fill out the online application. Additionally, I like to recognize Travis for his assistance and professionalism in ensure of financial documents and warranties were provided and executed to standard. Do not judge this dealership based on location or the fact that is under construction. The sales reps and personnel are just a professional as the once at a fancy dealership building. As the saying goes don't judge a book by its cover. I would recommend family and friend to that location without hesitation.

        Mixed feelings. My salesman, Manny, was very helpful, but he was not well supported by the dealership. The dealer made me turn in my home charger when I traded in my electric car because they were "unsure their charger would charge it." It's a J1772. They're universal. I now need to purchase a new charger, because the one included with the new car is half as powerful. The dealership kept trying to sell me things for a gas car, despite me buying an electric. They tried to sell me an oil-change plan... Despite Hyundai being one of the leaders in electric cars, Beaverton Hyundai were very unfamiliar with the electric car they were selling me. Also, they failed to detail the Certified Used Hyundai they sold me. They thought this was an acceptable way to deliver a 9k mile car. (See photo) I plan to buy another Hyundai, but not from this dealership. I would have left only 1 star if not for Manny.
