Easy and fast. I loved getting a hitch on my forester after booking an appointment on their site. There is a lot of upselling on the site that had me grabbing items I had no idea if I needed. The technician at the store asked great questions to ensure what I had planned to purchase was safe for my use and removed the unsafe items. I am glad the online site matched the stores inventory and estimates for install so I knew how to plan my day. I also liked the in store displays, but wish I could see more content online to help make more confident decisions before confirming a purchase in store. I used other online retailers and their content to narrow down my choice.
