This vet is AMAZING,they are super friendly and treat my giant french Lop rabbit with so much care. I will definitely keep bringing my rabbit here for a long time. Lt. Shane Wolfe definitely loves seeing his fave vet here.

This place is so wonderful! We really made the best decision to bring our chinchilla here, despite it being a two-and-a-half-hour drive away from us. They managed to treat a health issue she had that a previous vet claimed there wasnt a treatment for. Everyone there, including the folks who answer the phone, is so knowledgeable and knew just how to help us when we had questions about care. I really appreciate that theyre still offering a curbside option as well. It is absolutely worth the long drive to get our chinchilla expert care!

I have only used them as an emergency vet, but they were fantastic at helping get my senior bunny back to a stable state. It's hard to find exotic emergency vets in the area, so I appreciate all of the effort they put into getting my bunny help last minute and communicating what was going on along the way.

RAT DAD
Our rat died during surgery. I was waiting for over an hour in the parking lot while frantically calling and waiting and dealing with miscommunication amongst the front desk and Dr Burgess only to eventually be told I was waiting for a dead animal and be charged still. I asked them, " you thought it fair that I still have to pay after being mislead about the status of my pet then finding out she'd been dead the whole time I was waiting in your parking lot?" so they told me that they "waved" the cost. Years pass and we contact them again to see if they'd be willing to see our new rats only to find out we've been banned from them unless I pay the price of my rat they killed. I've been coming here since 2016 and I'm astonished that we were treated this way. Shameful.
