I have had a great experience with Import Performance! Found them a few months back and now can't imagine taking our family's cars anywhere else. The squad at Import, led by our Service Advisor Landon, has helped me get our Lexus GX 470 and Toyota Sienna dialed in. Responses are always quick and communication around timelines with scope of work is transparent. After the work is done they follow-up to make sure everything is running great. My Volvo has over 231,000 miles under her belts! She hadn't had any services lately because my days were a bit full. Finally got her in for a checkup with expectations of major problems (like transmission work) which would then necessitate decisions regarding continued investing in an old/high mileage car that is part of our family. After exploring her workings, I received a call with reasonable options and prognosis accompanied with timeframes. I rejected the "fix it all" scenarios and went with a few less expensive options which will see me through until I have time to research my next transportation (after school is out). Picked my car up a couple days later and was wonderfully surprised to hear her "purrrrrr" ... engine was so smooth, steering much easier, breaks worked great and the occasional "clunking" transmission was MUCH improved! I hadn't realized how detrimental my lapse of quality care due to procrastination had been for her. The best part is, I feel I can trust Import Performance to work in partnership with me to keep my lady running ... which includes lotsa grandsons' transport, daily commute and ride sharing with friends.
