Just moved into a townhome with my partner. The previous owners had cats and there were a few lingering smells. I hadn't heard of encapsulation carpet cleaning prior to my experience with Oxi Fresh. The appointment was easy to book and affordable. Roger, the gentleman who provided the service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process, and even gave me a few pointers! We had a very short timeline to get our carpets cleaned; I texted Oxy Fresh and got an almost immediate response. Our carpets were cleaned the very next day. Dreux was professional, efficient, and thorough. When he was finished, he gave us his contact information and encouraged us to call if the carpets did not clean up to our satisfaction. After the basic cleaning, some faint spotting still remains; we know this area will need deep treatment and will follow up.
